Christmas really wasn't that eventful this year. I got a lot of nice gifts and it was nice to see people. The real highlight was going duck and dove hunting with my brother and his brother in laws. The best part about it was stopping at the local feed store and they had a drive through liquor barn so I was able to pick-up a case of beer to drink while we were waiting on the birds to come flying in. The drive home was uneventful and I was sure happy by the time I got back. Nothing beats your own bed.

The next day was New Years Eve and my GF and I wanted to just stay in and relax. Granted we hadn't seen each other in over a week so we had some catching up to do . The next day we went over to her parents place and had prime rib, shrimp, twice baked potatoes and black eyed peas. It was good, after dinner we watched some football (American football of course) and just bullshitted some more. Later that evening, we went back to her place till I needed to head home to take care of chores. The rest of the weekend was uneventful as I was bracing myself for the next work week.

Since Sunday I have been extremely busy. I've had several proposals that needed to get done right away for companies to put this years budgets and I have another company coming in this week to do product testing.

Oh yeah, I'm the test lab manager and I run the test.

Well Fuck me!!!!

I need to get off here and back to work.
