A, but it can be difficult to remember that sometimes : )

Yup, A.
But telling yourself jokes to cheer yourself up just doesn't work...
..and is probably a sign of madness!

I am totally responsible for choosing happiness. Is the glass half full or half empty? It's all in one's attitude!
Yesterday, I slowed the rhythm of the universe down and went for a long walk with the dogs to see what autumn changes there were on the ranch. That makes me happy!
Autumn smell is still in the air, but the ducks have flown. That doesn't make me happy. Chickadees will come back to the farm house to sit at the feeders bringing their chipper song. That makes me happy.
It is the calming things we have control over in our lives that contribute greatly to our happiness. Have a calm day!

Yourself! People can't be responsible for making you feel anything. Oh and when you're struggling have some Oreos!
oh come on! is the answer really that simple? I don't think i can be happy when those around me are not... and however much i try to stay positive sometimes, others can bring me down [or send me up in the sky
]
i'd go for C. [although I might be wrong and Im even willing to accept it]
have a good weekend everyone!
