Had a discussion with a friend of mine last week who had a yearly review with their boss. The boss completely forms a sentence around the word demonstrative. Who in their right minds concocts a sentence around the word demonstrative. Some people are weird.

Just so you know... Webster dictionary: to openly express feelings.
